30 year old Reece James rejoins the Millers from Sheffield Wednesday this summer after his contract expired at Hillsborough.
James also played for the Millers on loan back in 2014 in Steve Evans first stint as manager and rejoins this time on a 2 year deal.
Having already gained promotion from League 1 3 times, lets hope he can add another one this upcoming season.
