King made his full debut for the Millers along with Jamie Yates in Saturdays 1-0 win against Brentford - the Millers first away win for nearly 5 months.
Today he gave an interview to the MillersWorld on the clubs official website - themillers.co.uk
"It was great, I really enjoyed it, I was buzzing basically. I felt really proud to pull on the shirt as I've been working for that all my life, Robbo's gave me the chance and hopefully, I did well." King told Millersworld.
"It was a great performance and real hard graft and once that first goal went in everybody put everything into it, we put our life and soul into it and it was a great team performance."
"Robbo asked us all to put in a battling performance and we've done that. Every man worked his socks off and it was a great performance."
Looking forward to this weekends game away at Crewe Alexandra, King said; "I'm really confident, obviously theres still points where we can improve our performance and obviously Robbo will be working on those this week in training, so I'm confident we can get some more points."
Asked if he felt the team could escape relegation into league two,"Of course we can, all we need is a few more wins under our belts and then the confidence rises back in the team, I think we've got a great chance.'
