Knill happy to hand out humble pie
"People had said that we can't score and don't get enough goals but that's 13 away from home so there will be some humble pie being eaten somewhere," Knill said.
The win got the Millers back on track after a pathetic showing in the midweek Johnstone Paints Trophy game against Hartlepool which the Millers lost 3-1 and had Ian Sharps and Martin Woods sent off.
"I'm delighted for the players because they answered a few critics over the Hartlepool game. A lot was said, that we're not this and we're not that but, once again, they have gone away and produced a really good win."
"I didn't like losing last Tuesday but I said our priority was the league and the game at Bournemouth was the more important of the two. I wouldn't swap the results and I don't think any Millers fan would." he added.
Knill went on to praise his teams togetherness, "We say help the person next to you and that is what we did. Within the team framework we have some pretty good individuals and when they are on form, we can score goals."
