Alan is boosted by the fitness of some players as he looks forward to facing one of his former clubs.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, he commented on this weeks training: "We're all fit and its good that we had a reserve game this week. Martin Woods and Scott Wiseman got 90 mintues which we're pleased with, we're looking pretty healthy at the moment."

"Justin (Cochrane) is coming back, he started running last Friday and hes done lots of work this week so we'll probably look another week before he actually starts joining in."

Colin Murdock is out due to having groin surgery, he has been told to rest up a bit. "He's fine but a bit bruised in a rather delicate place but yeah hes ok. He's been in this week but it will be about 2 weeks before he does any real work." Knill said.

Knill was asked about his mentality on keeping a winning team after the Millers won 1-0 at Blackpool last weekend, "I think you pick a team to win the game. It does not matter wether you win the last game or not, you just pick a team to win the game."

"I dont think you want to ring too many changes, but I just think you take a look at who your going to be playing against and you have a squad to pick from, so I pick from the squad."

Asked directly if there will be any changes this weekend. "Thats a question isnt it?" Knill joked before adding, "I've decided on the team and I'd rather keep it to myself. Obviously theres questions asked of me, Will (Hoskins) came on and scored at Blackpool and scored 2 in the reserves in midweek (he played only the 1st half!), at least he's knocking on the door trying to get in the team."

"The 2 kids Wiseman and Woods played well in the reserves in midweek, so theyre trying to get in the team as well. It gives me a headache, but the old cliche it's the one you like."
