The lads have begun to pick up their form after being on the wrong end of two consecutive league defeats early on, with Knill hoping for another positive display tonight.
He told the official site: “Tonight we turn our attention away from league action but there can be no relaxing as it's another important game. We have won two on the trot and now we want to make it three, then four, that's what we need to get the momentum going.
"But Oldham have some good players so it will be a tough game although if we are at our best then there's no reason why we can't progress to the next round."
