The Millers boss set the deadline last week for Shaun Barker, Paul Hurst, Paul McLaren and John Mullin to accept the new terms, or give an indication of their futures but has subsequently heard little.

Martin Butler has left the club and with Paul Shaw leaving shortly, Knill cannot afford to hang around any longer and is to continue talks with prospective signings.

MillersMAD expected to unveil news of a new signing yesterday with the club 99% certain a deal would go through, according to reports. However we've had no concrete news as yet - we do understand though that the club expect to possibly tie up two deals very soon, with Ritchie Partridge and Ian Ross strongly linked to Millmoor.
