Evans told the Advertiser today: “Tomorrow is a tough one because Cheltenham get a lot of points at home and they made five signings in January, including Paul Benson who is on wages that would blow most clubs out of the water in League Two, including us.
“Their pitch is sloping and in a poor state of health but we'll pick a team to go there to give us the very chance. Even though we were outstanding in defeat to Dagenham last week, we have to believe that good performances will get us results.
“Gillingham and Port Vale were clear at one stage but I don't even think that Gillingham have gone yet. They have three of their next four away from home and they certainly don't give me sleepless nights.
“There will be a lot of chopping and changing in and around the top six and we're in a good position at this stage.”
