The Millers fell to another defeat in their build up to the new season, going down 2-0 at the Impact Arena, and netting just one penalty in three pre-season first team games is a concern.
"Fenton has stretched for the ball and it looks like he may have done his calf," said the gaffer.
"We will have to wait and see what happens with that one. Tom Newey was on the bench with a hamstring problem so he couldn't be involved, so we are going down like nine pins at the moment.
"We have worked the lads very hard in training and I think it showed just how much hard work we have put in because the lads looked leggy tonight," Moore added.
"There are one or two coming out of the game carrying knocks. Stephen Brogan has come out with a thigh strain and Greeny is struggling with his leg and then Luke Ashworth got a knock on the side of his temple.
Meanwhile Mark Bradley has been called up to the Welsh Under 21 squad for their International with Malta on August 10.
The call up will rule Bradley out of the Millers game in the Carling Cup at Peterborough played on the same night.
