Moore spoke to Millersplayer about tonight's second round replay, as his team bid to face Southampton in round three.
When asked if the F.A. Cup is a distraction Moore said: "Some managers do complain about it, it gets in the way when you have a replay, that's the big thing, we've had the opportunity to see the game out, and how many times have we said that.
"We have a game we don't really want, we could have done with a free week just to rest their limbs, because the pitch aint brilliant there, and your down to ten men for the last twenty minutes (against Burton) so they could have done without another F.A. Cup game.
"But we are in it to win it, and if we can get through it it gives us a game at Southampton, it's just unfortunate we didn't get a Man U. Clubs at our level want to get to third round get a big pay out, get out then go on and win promotion.
"We know it's going to be tough, they (Luton) went to Rochdale and won 2-0, thats a good result for them. We know all about them, they know all about us, but we are going to have to make a couple of changes. Fenton's going to be missing Rundles cup tied, we will have to make a change there.
"It's going to be a tough game no doubt about that, what we don't want is extra-time and penaltys, playing there until 10.45 and then a couple of hours back. So it would be nice to get the win in normal time."
