The centre half still has half of his four match ban to serve after two red cards this season, and with the past five games called off it's been a frustrating time.
But speaking to the Star, he challenged everyone to double the clubs current tally of 39 points with 25 games to go.
"We all know what we have got to do, I think 80 points tends to get you automatic promotion. That has got to be the goal this year.
"If we can double the amount of points we have got now, I think that will be enough. We need to make sure that we get as many wins under our belts as we can.
"With this break, the boys are going to be fresh so it should not be a problem playing three times a week," he said. "Everyone prefers matches to training and if we can win our games in hand everyone will be buzzing."
