Scott confirmed last week that he had been in talks to extend the load of the 25 year old keeper from Leicester, but today he tell's the 'Tiser that nothings been confirmed and that he may have to look elsewhere.
“Conrad has done well lately but my feelings about his performances are tainted by the fact that we're still conceding two goals a game and as a goalkeeper you're partly responsible for that. If it's not down to you personally then it's up to you to organise and make sure people in front of you do their job." he said
“You have to take your hat off to him. He's had a difficult spell and come through it but his future here is up to him, it's up to us and it's up to Leicester. With Nigel Pearson going back there as manager, there are changes there in terms of personnel and what they'll do in January."
“We have had initial contact with Leicester about what they want to do with Conrad and we'll pursue that and see where we stand with it, but we've got to keep our options open because if they take him back, we have to have someone available to come in. Equally, they could say we have to pay his full wages or x-amount more and financially we can't do that." he added.
