Lynch to go under the knife

Lynch had to come off near the end of the 1-0 victory, and now needs an exploratory op. to determine if there's any long term damage.

Boss Mark Robins told today's Star: "We want to ensure we do what's right - Mark had a good start with us and this injury was a blow for him."

The right back spot in the team has gone to Dale Tonge who will be looking to take his chance with both hands, while the unfortunate Lynch aims to return to full fitness after seeing a specialist last week.
