Denis mentioned no names but it was clear to see that the comments were aimed at Maccio who he is having a public spat with.
However Dino has hit back at the claims and told the Advertiser; "I was never approached by the Irish consortium. If the Irish guys had come for ward and said they were genuinely interesting in taking the club on and needed my shares then I would have handed them over. They are are worth nothing."
"They know where I am but they never approached me." he added.
Meanwhile Coleman stated that Maccio denied that stating that Dino never wanted to let go of his shares anyway.
He told the Tiser; "Our financial director, Giles Brearley, wrote to him asking him to hand his shares over," he said. "I have offered him money for his shares in the past but he has turned it down. He thought the shares were worth a lot."
