Febuary saw the Millers claim 10 points from 12 to strengthen thier play-off credentials, March is even bigger and could see the Millers virtually cement thier place in the end of season lottery.
Speaking to the the Advertiser, Steve Evans said; "My objective was to come out of January with a stronger squad and to end February battling for the play-off places, but March is going to be a massive month for the play-offs, There's 21 points to play for and it's a big time for everyone in there fighting. Preston are playing Walsall this weekend, Peterborough are at Crawley and we're in a run of four away games from five and that's very tough."
“By this stage, you'd rather be playing the teams in mid-table because they are playing for nothing other than pride. There won't be a massive crowd down at Colchester and the pitch is not nice. Notts County are near the bottom but they a dangerous team and, again, they're another one I think are in a false position. I watched them against Peterborough recently and they were 2-0 up and had a man sent off and lost 4-3. They'd have won comfortably if that hadn't happened."
“We need our supporters to turn out in great numbers now. We're at home and we have every incentive to win.”
