It seems the Millers still attract the nonsense tag of the big physical approach from our Championship days by a host of managers, and McGhee is another that expects it to be more of a battle than a footballing affair.
He told brfconline: "I went to watch them on Tuesday against Gillingham; they were very organised and played a 4-4-2 away from home. They are a big, strong, aggressive team with pace in the wide areas and pace up front and a determination about them.
"I saw a team that are going to be very difficult to break down, and we are going to have to be on our guard to battle at set plays."
Come on Mark, when was the last time we scored from a corner or put in a long throw!!?? Behave!
McGhee then gave his thoughts about Don Valley, adding: "It is their ground and once you get over those lines it closes in and you sort of forget about your surroundings.
"It is the dressing rooms and the look of the place that can undermine your feelings about the game. So we have to be very, very careful with our players that we don't allow that to be a distraction or an excuse for not playing well, as once you are over that line the pitch is the same."
