The Millers are looking to raise £2m as they release new shares, presumably to help offset the damage of the coronavirus has caused with the suspension and postponement of the 2019/20 season.
Current shareholders are ASD Lighting holdings who currently hold the vast majority of the 850,000 shares before the new release.
Other minor shareholders are Ron Hull, Brian Beckett and Leslie Wilson who hold 33,333 each.
The club have not yet made any public announcement regarding the share issue.
