25 year-old Pope signed for the club for an initial fee of £75,000 in August 2009 in a deal which could be worth £150,000.
But after suffering a number of injury setbacks, Pope has failed to secure a first-team place this term and has been targeted by several other clubs. "If I can get another striker in then I will probably let him go," Moore told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"Macclesfield have been in for him, Burton have been in for him as well as Port Vale.
"He loves Port Vale, he supports them so it would be fantastic for him if he went there," Moore added.
Pope has made 52 appearances during his spell at Rotherham, scoring six goals.
Meanwhile one of Moore's transfer targets Shaun Harrad has completed his move to Northampton from Burton today for an undisclosed fee.
