After his Blackburn teammate Gavin Gunning joined the Millers on a months loan yesterday, Marshall became Ronnie Moore's second signing of the week.
20 year old Marshall, a product of the acadamy at Blackburn is out of contract at Ewood Park in the summer and will no doubt use the loan to showcase his talents.
He only has 1 first team outing for the Rover's so far in last years Carling Cup ironically against todays opponants Grimsby.
Marcus joins on a months loan and is included in todays squad.
