Speaking to the Star, Knill said: "The players who have been on loan here have enjoyed it, We feel, and more importantly, the players and their clubs feel, that we have helped them improve their game. That sort of thing is important for managers when they are looking at letting talented players spend time elsewhere."
"If they feel they are letting a player go to a club where time will be spent on him and he can improve his game, then they are more likely to let someone out to that club." he added.
Knill has spoken to three clubs, 1 Premiership and 2 Championship in efforts to bring players to Millmoor, however he is aware of the battle from other clubs, "I'm under no illusion that we are the only club these players will have had contact with, There will be others interested in them and we are in a queue, be it big or small." he said.
