Talking to the Advertiser today, the Millers head of Commercial Steve Lewis is expecting to increase the attendances by over 50%.
“We have 1,585 season ticket holders at the moment and we are looking to increase that to 3,500, notching up to 4,000. Adding the match-by-match goers, we hope everything will top up to in and around the 6,000 plus mark.”
With the club launching season ticket sales soon, Lewis say's in another interview that the club will keep the ticket prices realistic; “We have an ethos at this club to offer value for money. We want to give back something to the fan base that is more than just 90 minutes of football."
“The last six years have been a very difficult for this club with two administrations, two relegations and losing its home. This new stadium will offer a new lease of life to each and every Miller.”
