The club will be linking up with schools and assinging a player to each school to give advice and coaching as well and education etc. As usual, each school that the club visit will recieve a signed shirt for display.
"The 'Bright Sparks' project is a really exciting initiative which the club will be rolling out over the course of the year. We will be going into all the primary schools across the borough where we will be looking to build long-term partnerships with as many schools as possible." Hursty said.
We have worked with Rotherham United for the last four years and have always found them to be extremely professional. The children really look forward to the players coming into school and we have developed a close partnership with the club over this time." Elizabeth Gee, Monkwood Primary School headteacher added.
