Millers News Roundup: Thursday 15th September

Last updated : 15 September 2005 By Millersmad Staff
There was some good news when the club received confirmation from the FA that Mick Harford will not have to serve a touchline ban after he was sent to the stands in the defeat at Port Vale. Harford kicked a bottle of water in frustration and was ordered to watch the remainder of the game from the director's box but no further action will be taken.

Meanwhile the club have announced that there are still tickets available for the Nottingham Forest match on Saturday. They are priced £22 for adults and £10 for juniors but will only be available up until 3pm tomorrow. It will be possible to pay on the day but that customers will incur an extra £2 cost and will need to purchase tickets from the Brian Clough stand before the game.
Mullin
Good Run Of Form

John Mullin has revealed how much he is enjoying his football since he broke in to the first team at the expense of Jamal Campbell-Ryce. Talking to the official site Mullin said: "I have had a good run in what is a fairly new position for me although I have played there in the past. It's nice to get a regular run and I am feeling stronger every game. Since I joined the club, the squad has totally changed and it looks like the start of a new era just now. We are working hard in training and that is paying off in the games as everyone can see."

Mick Harford is closing in on a loan signing according to the Rotherham Star. The Millers boss is keen on a Premiership youngster and may have a player in by the weekend. "We have a load of feelers out at the moment and at least we are moving." said Harford.
