Speaking to themillers.co.uk, Manning said; "Around Monday afternoon I heard a little bit about it and obviously on Tuesday there was cup games and didn't hear a lot about it."But on Wednesday it all got finalised and I drove up last night, came in this morning and filled in all of the paperwork."
"I'm coming here because I want to stay in the division and have a good season. I've played about 40 games for QPR in the Championship so when the opportunity came to get more Championship football and hopefully play week-in week out, I couldn't really turn it down."
"For me personally I'm just looking to play every game and build up some good experience in the Championship and between now and the end of the season I'll have developed as a player and first and foremost, that Rotherham are still in the division so we can look back on a good season for everyone."
