Scott is known for his maticulous preparations pre, post and during the games and has his side chewing on anything that will give them an energy kick.
He spoke to the Star saying: "It is important that, straight after games, they get something inside them.
“They have energy shakes, electrolyte drinks, to replace all the fluids and salts they lose but it is important within 90 minutes of a game to get something inside them rather than the body start eating away at their fatty reserves.
“So, they have been having something after matches and it doesn’t matter what they eat but they need to have something.
“At half-time, they will have such such as jelly babies, sugary sweets which give a quick energy burst as they prepare for the second half.”
