The Rawmarsh site has been mooted for a couple of months, however chairman Tony Stewart tells todays Advertiser that the club have scrapped the Haugh Rd site and are looking at other sites which are bigger.

"We need a place big enough to meet the needs of all our teams-first team, reserves and Centre of Excellence. Rawmarsh is out and I can see the arrangement at Doncaster and Aston continuing into next season. But by the middle of November I would hope we have located an ideal alternative location." he told the Tiser.

Stewart also spoke about the proposed new stadium and admitted that the clubs hopes was to have the training ground adjacent to the stadium but he continued; "unlikely that wish would now be granted, due to lack of space."

He also said that 2 alternative sites were established if the Parkgate site fall through, and the club has to be in any new ground by August 2012.
