The Millers received a bye in round one of this years competition whilst United disposed of Burton Albion 2-1 at the Pirelli Stadium.
The second round Northern tie against the Blades will be played on Tuesday 4th October at Don Valley, 7.45pm.
Tickets are on general sale from Mangham House, first come first served and will go OFF SALE onTuesday afternoon.
Please note this an ALL TICKET game and no admission via cash on the turnstile is permitted.
