Defender Martin McIntosh played in the reserve game, and will play in next weeks game at home to Hartlepool, he should be then near to a first team call, and could feature in the crunch game at Cardiff a week on Saturday, a game the Millers must win or could face themselves points adrift at the bottom of the Championship.
The Millers recived another boost with the news that Andy Monkhouse has received the green light to step up his training, he has been out since the pre-season with a knee injury.
