According to Teamtalk, Millers boss Mick Harford is looking at Lincoln City midfielder Richard Butcher.
Butcher, 24 is out of contract this summer and was an ever present for the Imp's last season scoring twice. However Harford will face competition for his signature it seems.
Butcher's agent Richard Cody (same as JCR!) told teamtalk "There is a massive amount of interest in Richard from teams in the Championship down to the league he is in at the moment, Clubs like Bradford, Oldham and Rotherham are all looking at him and we had an enquiry from Preston earlier in the season. "
Is this just agent talk? Is Cody just trying to earn his corn?? Discuss on the

The Millers were today counting the cost of Preston's loss against West Ham in the Championship play-off final at Cardiff.
When Sedgy left Millmoor for £280,000 there were a couple of add-ons put in the deal where the Millers received another £50k if the Lillywhites made it to the play-offs, and another £100k if they got promoted.
Preston lost 1-0 by a goal from West Ham striker Bobby Zamora.
The £100k could have beenused to gap part of the shortfall in the stand money or given to Mick Harford for new players, either way its now even more important that fans can help the club by getting involved in the fundraising by RUST or the club direct.
The Coca~Cola 'Win a player for your club' competition was won by Brighton & Hove Albion.
Albion fan Aaron Barry won £10k for himself and a massive £250k boost for the cash-strapped seaside club.
Berry said: "I've supported Brighton all my life and watched them suffer through many difficult times so to win £250,000 to spend on some new players is a dream come true.
The Millers came 54th in the league table with 4,754 entries.
