Moore deals to come??

Despite being unbeaten in three, the Millers have dropped out of the automatic promotion places last weekend after drawing 0-0 against money bags Notts County.

And after a month in the job Ronnie is now knowing where he needs to improve his squad and he tells today's Advertiser he's not scared to change things around.

"We're hard to beat. That's the first thing. There's plenty of spirit here too but we have to be more clinical. It's difficult for the 11 or so lads who aren't getting a regular game at the moment and I haven't had the chance to see some of them in the first team."

"One or two regulars didn't perform against Hereford a couple of weeks ago so I made a couple of changes-and I'll do the same again if necessary. I want to give people an opportunity but if it's not right then I might have to look at moving two or three out and getting two or three in."

Moore looked back at last Saturdays draw and said; "We sat back against County in the first half but that wasn't the plan. I never told them to go out and soak pressure up, We matched County without being brilliant. We want to be a passing side but it doesn't matter who you are playing, if you can't pass the ball from A to B then you are not good enough."

"Notts County are strong. They are not going to come here and lay down and die. In fact, there's no easy games anywhere in this league and the same goes for Bury tomorrow."

"Alan Knill has done a good job there and they're a nice footballing team but if we play anything like that we can go there and take three points. With the quality we've got, we should fear noone in this league. We need to get back to what we're good at, passing and moving and creating chances."
