He said: "We know it's going to be tough—derby games always are. They're always played at a frantic pace because no-one wants to lose.
"We took six points off Chesterfield last year but both matches could have gone either way. They are stronger this season but I think there is nothing between the teams. Having said that, I wouldn't change our back four for theirs and even though Jack Lester scores goals for fun and Craig Davies can be unplayable, are they really better than Adam Le Fondre?
"If we can beat Chesterfield then we go above them. That's the incentive although leagues are not won at the end of September.
"Bradford have had a slow start but they won't be easy either (on Tuesday night) and they had a decent result against a Gillingham side last week who expect to be there or thereabouts this season."
