With the second placed Shakers in town tomorrow, the Millers need a vital three points to cut the gap between themselves and the visitors to just two points.
Moore said to the Advertiser: "We don't want to end up playing for one automatic promotion spot. There's a gap there but we've still got Bury, Chesterfield, Shrewsbury and Gillingham to play and, if we win them, then all of a sudden everything changes. It's in our hands.
"Bury are on a fantastic run. They've won their last two away games 3-0 and we know they've got a lot of attacking flair. We can beat them but we've got to go and prove it."
Moore may move Johnny Mullins to full back tomorrow with Nick Fenton partnering the returning Ryan Cresswell if Danny Coid misses out with a dead leg. Top scorer Adam Le Fondre will also return to the team.
Callum Kennedy is set to return to Swindon after tomorrow's match.
