After a six month lay off after achilles surgery followed by a hamstring injury, the veteran midfielder and penalty kick specialist is now fit and ready for action if needed.
36 year-old Liddell made five appearances at the start of this season and manager Moore is not ruling out using his experience after his return to action with the reserves last week at Lincoln.
Moore, speaking to the Star said: "There's no doubt Lidds has got loads of experience; he's been round the block a few times, knows what getting promotion and being successful is about.
"Such experience and having someone like that around is invaluable. I've certainly not ruled out involving him in the squad."
