Last week the Football League wrote to the Millers requesting an urgent meeting to answer several quieries regarding the clubs failed CVA and the future financing of the club and the temporary relocation to Don Valley Stadium.
Meanwhile boss Mark Robins has put his confidence in the clubs owners and is looking forward to the season.
"I am confident it will all get sorted out satisfactorily, I've seen the communique sent out by the League and it does look a concern but I have confidence in the people here and I am confident we will be playing come August 9." he told the Star.
"When the matter is resolved we can then move forward and we can put all this behind us and know where we stand. From that moment on, our destiny is in our own hands." he added.
