Mullins signs in with Millers!

The 24 year-old, who can play in most positions in the back line, has been brought in to add strength to the defence and naturally plays on the right.

Mullins spent two years with County where he captained the side and moves to DVS after his contract expired.

He has also played for Mansfield Town, Kidderminster and started as a youth with Reading.

We wish him every success in a Rotherham shirt.
