With the new permanent manager set to be announced today around 4pm, Steve talked to The Star of the time he has spent in charge.
He said:"We were unlucky not to beat Cheltenham, that was probably our best away performance of the season,"
"The players here have more than matched my expectations. They've responded brilliantly to Mark leaving, and got on with their jobs with no questions. The only target I set the squad was to get as many points as possible in September, and we're not doing too badly," Steve added.
"I believe that my spell here has definitely been a success."
