As the Millers look to get thier first win in ten games tomorrow at Northampton, boss Andy Scott tells the Advertiser; "I'm hoping and thinking that the penny has dropped with a lot of them. We got close to a beating but also close to what would have been a terrific win."
"I think any players who had any doubts about what they should be doing are now very clear that what I want them lo do works. I don't know whether there's some complacency or some of them think they know better, but my way is the best way and that's the way we're going to do it."
Scott admits that the Millers have got to stop conceeding soft goals and if they do he believes they can get back into the top 3; "We've conceded 34 goals in 17 games. That tells you everything. There are goals in the team but defensively we've got to be better all round."
"It hasn't been clicking for Northampton recently and we've got to put pressure on them. We need a 90-minute performance to show we're on the road to recovery and that the two draws are a starting point to go and get some wins."
