Still refusing to comment on the actual location of the site, Tony Stewart told the Star; "We had a very positive meeting and I believe we are nearly there. Now we just need to back it up with the paperwork which normally takes a week to 10 days. We have agreed in principal for the site."
The club will now be speaking to architects to start designing and developing the new stadium in the next 7 -10 days.
