"It is frustrating the run of results we have had - there is no doubt about that" he said.
"The training ground is never a nice place to be when results haven't gone for you. I don't think there is a crisis in confidence here. Of course confidence isn't as high as it has been but we have to keep working hard and turn results around to give everybody a lift."
Broughton is currently battling for a starting birth with fellow forward Tom Pope, who has just three goals, including two in the Carling Cup at West Brom, since he arrived from Crewe in the summer.
