Speaking in the Derby Telegraph ahead of the Millers game with Burton Albion, Peschisolidohe says his team are no longer the new boys of the division, and teams are now aware of the way his team is playing
"There's no doubt this is happening and it was always going to be the case,"
"We were the unknown new boys at the start of the season and we started brilliantly.
"Part of the problem with that is that the expectation levels went up. But we're not unknown now and, with results, comes a reputation.
"Other teams are watching us and working out how to deal with us.
"So - do we throw in the towel? Absolutely not. Good players need to find ways to shake markers and get the ball.
"And I think we have the players to do that.
"There's no point me just yelling at them about it. They're professionals.
"They're the same lads and they've not become bad players overnight."
