The 18 year old has been the subject of interest from a number of clubs, and his fee will increase with appearances and possible international call ups, with Mark playing in the Under 18 England game v Austria in April, money could well be coming to the club..
Gaffer Mark Robins said the deal was good for the club; "We have had some interest in Mark from a number of clubs and we received an approach, which came from Hull City." Mark told the clubs official site.
"We have looked at the offer and we feel that it is a very good deal for the club. We are getting a large percentage of the fee up front and if Mark continues to progress then it will benefit us further on in the future."
