Pablo disappointed with Scott claim..

Pablo's agent Gino Culbertson gave the following statement to todays Rotherham Star.

"Whilst their concern is fully understandable and shared by us all, their interpretation of the incident is vigorously disputed and, as such, Rotherham United Football Club have given Pablo their full backing and support. "

"Clearly, we feel these comments to be totally unjustified as the injury was the result of two committed players attempting to win an aerial ball and nothing untoward could be attributable to Pablo Mills, who has an excellent disciplinary record and such actions are not in his character."

"Furthermore, several facts indicate that it was purely an unfortunate accident, the referee was on the spot and saw the incident clearly and had no reason to penalise Pablo. There was no undue reaction from the Brentford players at the time, which would not have been the case had there been any indication of any malicious intent."

"Whilst we have no doubt that any inquiry will confirm that Pablo has no case to answer, it does not lessen his concern and the fact he has been devastated by the extent of Nathan's injuries and wishes him a full and speedy recovery." he added.
