The left sided player had only recently forced his way back into Andy Scott's plans after being largely out of favour since his summer move from Derby, before the manager was dismissed.
With interviews ongoing for the vacant position, Pringle said to todays Star: “It is crucial the next person who comes in stabilises everything and brings the lads closer together.
“This will be a fresh start for everyone and I want to be in the new guy’s starting 11. I’m sure the rest of the squad will be thinking the same.”
