30 year old Joe Rafferty joins The Millers from promotion winning Portsmouth, siging a 2 year deal the defender made over 40 appearances for Pompey last season.
Meanwhile 25 year old Shaun McWilliams also joins the Millers with a 2 year deal after leaving Northamption Town where he has spent the last 10 years.
The midfielder made 36 appearances for the Coblers last season.
