Robbo - Happy with what i've got

With the extension of midfielder Marcus Bean's loan from Blackpool for a further two months, Robins told the Advertiser: "The numbers in the squad mean we have no need to bring anyone in. There's no point just doing it for the sake of it.

"The lads that are here are doing a good job and if that continues and no injuries crop up then there will be no change. The deadline for loans isn't until next March."

Robbo also called on the crowd to be a 12th man in tomorrows home clash with early pace setters Chester City. "Away supporters generally make a lot of noise but we need our fans to repeat that here and help turn Millmoor into a fortress and an intimidating place for visiting players.

"If we could pick up two good wins over the next two games then that would
put us in a good position after five games and the crowd can play a part. The noise they make really does help the players and they can be our 12th man.

"Tomorrow will be tough. Chester have started well and will come here expecting to get something.

"We need to keep up the right tempo and the right level for the full 90 minutes. If we do that we're OK. If we don't—like in the first half at Stockport—we've got problems.

"I'll make one or two changes for the Mansfield game on Tuesday night but exactly how many depends upon what happens this weekend.

"We want to do well in the competition but some of the squad need games sooner rather than later. That will be beneficial in the long run."
