"I think he's done a really good job and is a victim of his own success because he was in the play-offs last season.
"He'll be disappointed, but he'll come back. From our perspective, I'm sure there will be one or two changes. The assistant will probably do one or two things differently."
Robins himself may be feeling the pressure after finding it hard to defend his players after last weekend's shower against Accrington at Millmoor, and goes into the weekend game with Rotherham clinging onto a play off spot after six defeats in the last eight outings.
He added: "It's a good place to play, a lovely new stadium, better that their previous one; we'll look forward to it and see how we go."
