"I thought it was a great point, we had a few chances to nick it but to get three points here would be really difficult, they're a great team and you see the size of thier squad and the players they brought on in the second half and sometimes you can't cope with that, so a points not a bad result." he said.
"It was a matter of coming here and getting something, we know that on our day we're good enough to get a result anywhere."
Cutts then spoke about Chris O'Grady's cracking goal which put the Millers in front, "To be fair he's got it in the locker, he's been working on it in training and he's got one hell of a strike on him. He's hit that one perfectly and its gone in the back of the net, fair play to him its a great goal."
Neil was asked why the Millers had'nt produced todays kind of performance over the rest of the season. "I think we're trying and trying and trying and just got stuck in a rut. Once you get stuck in that its hard to get out of, some people said the effort was'nt there. It wasn't that at all, we were trying so hard to get out of it and it just wasn't working for us."
"Sometimes you can try too hard, and when you go one nil down and you think oh here we go again and then next week it happens again. We just got stuck in that rut but we're out of it now and hopefully we can push on and get out of this trouble. If we don't get out of the trouble its about thinking about next season and getting straight back up again."
"The gaffers come in and installed a bit of strength of character and a bit more belief, we are going out there now and thinking we can get results, we were stuck in a rut and Robbos helped to get us out of it."
"Robbo's full of spirit and hes very eager and I'm sure he would be heading and kicking every ball because thats exactly what he's like. He's a roll up your sleeves with your heart on your sleeve kind of man and I'm sure he's going to be good for the club."
