The Scottish U21 had been out of contract at Millmoor but invited back to pre-season training by boss Mark Robins in a bid to prove his fitness after not featuring for the Millers since the middle of January with an ankle injury.
However the lure of a 2 year deal at Saltergate is security and who can blame him for moving??
