Ross transfer in the balance?

Sheffield United boss Bryan Robson plans to run the rule over Ross, on loan at Millmoor until January with a view to a permanent move - but an injury crisis at the Lane and Ross failing to appear in the Millers starting line up so far since his move last month may see the Sheffield 2 club have a change of heart.

"We want to see how Ian does before we make any kind of decision", said Robson.

Ross is set to feature in the Rotherham squad for tomorrow night's trip to Chesterfield.
