In an exclusive clubcall interview Knill started by revealing how he feels new boss Mick Harford is a good choice as manager. The Millers coach says that he's been impressed with Harford and his attention to detail:
"He knows exactly what he wants from the team and how we're going to get there. He's organised, we've done loads of planning and watched lots of games together. He's got great ambition, just like the ambition of the new board and myself."
Meanwhile Millers fans are being told that Harford will try to strengthen every area of the team in the summer. The new boss ideally wants to use a squad system with two players for each position. Knill says a number of possible transfer targets are being considered and scouted:
"We've already started with a list of players, obviously we can't get them all because of restraints on the budget, but we'll do our best. With Mick's contacts and the connections that he's got I'm sure we'll get players in."
Knill also tells clubcall about the progress of the youth team under Mark Robins, and his assessment of weekend opponents
