The Millers have been brought back to earth with a bump with 2 cup defeats in a week after a good run of form in the League.
With a trip to Bristol City tomorrow, the gaffer told the Advertiser that if the team play like they did at Fleetwood, they won't be far off.
“If there were 100 neutrals at Fleetwood, every one of them would have gone away thinking there should only be one result, We were a country mile in front of them but we can't account for two goalkeeping errors or a host of missed chances at the other end."
“We'll go down to Bristol with most of what we had available and one more, because Michael Tidser is back from suspension. Then next week we'll hopefully have Michael O'Connor, Rob Milsom and others back."
“We are going to be in the shake-up in League One and if we play like we did against Fleetwood, we'll win more games than we lose.” he added.
